Website Design
A website that works as hard as your sales team
Most business websites look fine but do very little. We design and build sites that generate enquiries, build credibility and connect directly to your CRM, so the right leads land in the right place without anyone having to chase them manually.
What's included
From first brief to live site
Who it's for
For businesses whose website is not doing enough
Businesses with an outdated site
Your current site no longer reflects who you are or what you do, and you know it is costing you credibility with prospects.
Sites that get traffic but no leads
People visit but do not enquire. The site looks fine but is not converting visitors into contacts your team can act on.
New businesses starting fresh
You are building from scratch and want a site that is properly connected to your CRM and set up to grow with you from day one.
Businesses rebranding
You have updated your brand, positioning or offer and need a site that reflects where you are now, not where you were two years ago.
How it works
Structure before design, always
Websites that skip the thinking stage and jump straight to visual design tend to look good but underperform. We do the groundwork first so that every design decision is backed by a clear understanding of what the site needs to achieve.
Discovery and brief
We learn about your business, your audience, your competitors and what you need the site to do. We agree on goals, scope and a clear brief before any work begins.
Sitemap and wireframes
We map the page structure and produce wireframes for key pages so you can see the layout and flow before any visual design is applied.
Design and copy
We design the site and write the copy in parallel. You review and give feedback at each stage. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.
Build and CRM connection
We build the site, connect all forms to your CRM and test everything thoroughly on desktop and mobile before presenting the staging version for your review.
Launch and handover
We go live, handle all the technical setup and walk you through how to manage the site. You leave with a site you understand and can update yourself if needed.
Platforms we build on
The right platform for your needs
We work across three platforms and will recommend the one that best fits your business, your budget and how you want to manage the site after launch.
Zoho Sites
Our most recommendedZoho Sites integrates natively with Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and the wider Zoho ecosystem. For businesses already using or moving to Zoho, it removes the need for third-party connectors and keeps everything in one place. Fast to build, easy to maintain and well-suited to professional services, trades and growing businesses that want a clean, reliable site without the overhead of a complex platform.
WordPress
Most flexibleWordPress is the most widely used platform in the world and offers the greatest flexibility for content-heavy sites, blogs and businesses that need a large plugin ecosystem. A good choice if you have specific functionality requirements or an existing WordPress setup to build on.
Webflow
Design-ledWebflow is the platform of choice for visually ambitious sites that need pixel-level design control and smooth animations. Well-suited to technology businesses, agencies and companies where the website is a central part of the brand experience.
Common questions
Questions about website design
How long does it take to build a website?
A typical five to eight page business site takes six to ten weeks from kick-off to launch. Larger sites with more pages, complex functionality or significant copy requirements take longer. The timeline also depends on how quickly you can review and sign off at each stage. We build review time into the project plan from the start.
Do you write the copy or do we need to provide it?
We write the copy as part of the project. We will ask you questions, review any existing materials and then draft copy for every page. You review and edit. If you already have copy you are happy with, we can work with that too and focus the writing resource on the pages that need the most attention.
Which platform do you recommend?
It depends on your situation. For most small and mid-sized businesses, especially those using or considering Zoho, we tend to recommend Zoho Sites. It connects natively to the wider Zoho ecosystem, is straightforward to maintain and does not require ongoing plugin management. For businesses with more complex content or design requirements, WordPress or Webflow may be a better fit. We will give you a clear recommendation as part of the discovery process.
Will we be able to update the site ourselves after launch?
Yes. All three platforms we work with have accessible editors that non-technical users can manage. We walk you through how to make common updates during the handover session and provide documentation. If you would rather hand updates to us, our maintenance packages cover that too.
How does the CRM connection work?
We connect every enquiry form on the site to your CRM so that submissions create contacts or leads automatically, tagged with the source page and any other relevant information. This means no manual data entry, no leads sitting in an email inbox and a full record of every enquiry from the moment it arrives.
Can you redesign part of our existing site rather than the whole thing?
Yes. If your site is largely working but specific pages are underperforming or out of date, we can work on those in isolation. We will give you an honest view of whether a partial update is the right approach or whether a full rebuild would serve you better in the long run.
Want to see what this looks like for your sector?
We'll map your current setup, identify where things are breaking down, and show you what a proper system looks like.
