A website that works as hard as your sales team

Most business websites look fine but do very little. We design and build sites that generate enquiries, build credibility, and connect directly to Pipedrive — so every lead lands in the right place automatically.

The problem with most business websites

Most websites look fine
but do not actually do anything.

A website that does not generate enquiries is an expensive brochure. The most common reason business websites underperform is not the design — it is the absence of a clear conversion path, copy that does not speak to the right buyer, and no connection between the site and the CRM that handles the leads it generates.

We build websites differently. Every page has a clear purpose. Every enquiry form, every booking link, and every chatbot interaction feeds directly into Pipedrive — creating a deal, assigning a rep, and firing a follow-up automatically. The site does not just present the business. It actively works to bring the right people into the pipeline.

As a Pipedrive Authorised Partner, we connect your site to Pipedrive at a level most web designers cannot. LeadBooster, form integrations, Calendly, and Zapier automations — built in from the start, not added as an afterthought.

Signs your website is underperforming

Four patterns we see in businesses
that need a new site.

01
The site looks fine but nobody enquiresTraffic comes in but visitors leave without contacting you. No clear call to action, no obvious next step, copy that describes what you do rather than why a prospect should care.
02
Leads come in but land in an inbox, not a CRMForm submissions arrive as email notifications. Someone manually copies the details into the CRM — sometimes. Leads get missed, response times are slow, and nothing is tracked properly.
03
The site no longer reflects who the business isThe brand has moved on. The offer has changed. The team has grown. But the website still says what it said three years ago and it is costing credibility with every prospect who visits it.
04
Building from scratch and getting it right first timeNew business or rebrand. You want a site that is properly connected to your CRM, built to convert from day one, and does not need to be rebuilt in eighteen months because it was done too quickly.
What we build

Eight things that make
a website actually work.

1
Discovery, sitemap and wireframingWe start by understanding your audience, your goals, and what each page needs to do. We map the full site structure and produce wireframes before any visual design begins — so the logic and conversion flow are right from the start.
Audience and competitor review
Page-by-page sitemap with purpose defined for each
Wireframes for key pages before design begins
2
Brand-aligned design built to convertEvery page is designed to reflect your brand and move the right visitors towards an action — booking a call, submitting an enquiry, or downloading something. Clean, professional, and structured around what the visitor needs to see to take the next step.
Design aligned to your brand guidelines
Clear conversion hierarchy on every page
Mobile-first responsive design throughout
3
Copywriting for every pageWe write clear, direct copy for every page of the site — no filler, no jargon. Copy that speaks to the right buyer, answers the questions they are actually asking, and gives them a reason to get in touch rather than click away.
Full copy brief and draft for every page
Tone and messaging aligned to your positioning
Review and revision rounds included
4
Pipedrive connection — every lead captured automaticallyThis is where we go further than most web designers. Every enquiry form, every Calendly booking, and every LeadBooster interaction is connected directly to Pipedrive. A new deal is created automatically, the rep is assigned, a task is created, and a confirmation email is sent — without anyone touching a keyboard.

Pipedrive LeadBooster live chat and chatbot embedded on-site
Calendly integration creating deals automatically on booking
Automation: deal creation, rep assignment, task, confirmation email
5
SEO foundations and on-page optimisationWe build in the technical and on-page SEO foundations from the start — page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image alt text, schema markup, and site speed. So the site is visible to search engines from launch day, not six months later.
Page titles and meta descriptions for every page
Heading structure and keyword mapping
Page speed optimisation and Core Web Vitals review
6
Performance, mobile, and accessibility reviewBefore launch we test page load speed, mobile responsiveness across devices, and accessibility against WCAG guidelines. The site should work well for every visitor on every device — not just on the designer's screen.
Cross-device and cross-browser testing
Page speed audit and optimisation
Accessibility review against WCAG 2.1 guidelines
7
Hosting, domain and launch supportWe handle the technical side of going live — domain configuration, DNS, hosting setup, SSL certificates, and any redirects needed from your old site. You do not need to understand any of this. We handle it and tell you when it is done.
Domain configuration and DNS management
301 redirects from old URLs to preserve SEO value
Post-launch check and sign-off
8
Ongoing maintenance and content supportAfter launch we offer maintenance packages covering updates, security patches, content changes, and performance monitoring. Your site should stay in good shape without you having to think about it.
Monthly maintenance and security updates
Content updates included in retainer
Performance and Pipedrive integration monitoring

How we work

Structure before design.
Always.

Websites that skip the thinking stage and jump straight to visual design tend to look good but underperform. We do the groundwork first so every design decision is backed by a clear understanding of what the site needs to achieve.

1
Discovery and briefWe learn about your business, your audience, your competitors, and what the site needs to do. We agree on goals, scope, and a clear brief before any work begins.Week 1
2
Sitemap and wireframesWe map the page structure and produce wireframes for key pages so you can see the layout and conversion flow before any visual design is applied. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.Week 2
3
Design and copyWe design the site and write the copy in parallel. You review and give feedback at each stage. No page is considered done until you are satisfied with both the design and the words on it.Weeks 3 to 5
4
Build and Pipedrive connectionWe build the site, connect all forms, LeadBooster, and Calendly to Pipedrive, and test every integration thoroughly on desktop and mobile before presenting the staging version for your review.Weeks 5 to 8
5
Launch and handoverWe go live, handle all the technical setup, and walk you through how to manage the site and monitor leads in Pipedrive. You leave knowing how everything works.Weeks 8 to 10
Common questions

Questions about
website design

How long does it take to build a website?
A typical five to eight page business site takes six to ten weeks from kick-off to launch. Larger sites with more pages, complex functionality, or significant copy requirements take longer. The timeline also depends on how quickly you can review and sign off at each stage — we build review time into the project plan from the start and will be clear about what we need from you and when.
Do you write the copy or do we need to provide it?
We write the copy as part of the project. We will ask you questions, review any existing materials, and then draft copy for every page. You review and edit. If you already have copy you are happy with, we can work with that and focus the writing resource on the pages that need the most attention.
How does the Pipedrive connection work?
Every enquiry form on the site is connected to Pipedrive via the native integration or Zapier. When someone submits a form, a deal is created automatically in Pipedrive with the lead's details, a source tag, and an assigned rep. LeadBooster chatbot interactions and Calendly bookings are connected the same way. No lead is entered manually — everything flows into the pipeline automatically from the moment the site goes live.
Which platform do you recommend?
For most small and mid-sized businesses we recommend Zoho Sites. It is straightforward to maintain and does not require ongoing plugin management. For businesses with more complex content or design requirements, WordPress or Webflow may be a better fit. We will give you a clear recommendation as part of the discovery process — not a default answer.
Will we be able to update the site ourselves after launch?
Yes. All three platforms we work with have visual editors that a non-technical team member can use to update content, add pages, or change images. We walk you through the platform during handover and produce a short reference guide. For businesses that would rather not touch it themselves, our maintenance retainer covers content updates.
Do you do ongoing SEO as well as the initial setup?
The SEO foundations — technical setup, page structure, meta data, and on-page optimisation — are included in every project. Ongoing SEO content, link building, and monthly reporting are available as a separate retainer. We will be honest about what level of ongoing SEO investment makes sense for your business and what results to expect.
